All help requests as well as the request for the purchase of equipment or services relating to information technology and telecommunication services need to be directed through the Information Service department.

If you have an URGENT need with IT, Phone, or copier/printers please call the Technical Support line at extension 1420 or 317-236-1420.  You will be greeted by an auto-attendant with three options.  Please select the appropriate option based on the help that you require.  If you are unsure of which option to select, chose option 1.

Technical Support line options:

  • IT Support/Telephone & Fax Support (Directs to The AME Group Operational Support Center, 800-264-8851,)
  • Copier/Printer Support (Directs to the Mail Center or if unavailable to Sharp Business Systems 317-813-1599)

If your need is not urgent, please follow the instructions listed below for the type of request you have.  If you unsure of which option to direct your request to please follow Option 1.

  1. Non-urgent requests for IT support and telecommunications support (phones/faxes) can be made by calling the extension 1420 or 317-236-1420 or by using the AME Service Tool , which can be found in the system tray (area in the lower right corner where the clock is located) to create a new ticket. If the AME service tool is not working please send email to osc@archindy.org.
  2. Non-urgent request for copiers/printers can be made by emailing mailcenter@archindy.org.
