Technical Support for IT, Phones, or Copiers

If you have an URGENT need with IT, Phone, or copier/printers please call the Technical Support line at extension 1420 or 317-236-1420.  You will be greeted by an auto-attendant with three options.  Please select the appropriate option based on the help that you require.  If you are unsure of which option to select, chose option 1.

Technical Support line options:

  1. IT Support (Directs to The AME Group Operational Support Center, 888-453-3161)
  2. Telephone Support (Directs to BD Managed Services support center, 317‐964‐6100)
  3. Copier/Printer Support (Directs to the Mail Center or if unavailable to Sharp Business Systems 317-813-1599)

If your need is NOT URGENT, please follow the instructions listed below for the type of request you have.  If you are unsure of which option to direct your request to please follow Option 1.

  1. Non-urgent requests for IT support can be made by calling the extension 1420 or 317-236-1420 or by using the AME Service Tool that can be found in the system tray (area in the lower right corner where the clock is located) to create a new ticket.

  2. Non-urgent request for telecommunications support (phones) can be made by emailing phones@archindy.org.
  3. Non-urgent request for copiers/printers can be made by emailing mailcenter@archindy.org.

The AME Operational Operational Support Center

The Operational Support Center is available Monday through Friday 7 am to 6 pm.
Onsite support is available Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. for the following:

  • Any IT or telecom support issue.
  • New User Requests, Existing User Changes, Equipment changes and Termination of Users
    Please complete a user request form; User Request Forms
    A notice of 5 BUSINESS DAYS is required for the set-up of a new user to accommodate preparing equipment for the new user. 
  • Requests to check out loaner equipment (laptops, projectors, Wi-Fi hotspots, etc.).

  • To request moves of IT or telecommunications equipment.
    A 5 business day notice is required to schedule IT and telecom equipment moves.
