You will receive a confirmation email within Outlook for an appointment listing your name and the items to be checked out in the subject line.  There will be instructions to retrieve and return the equipment in the body of the appointment.  Please print out a copy of the appointment for each of the items you have reserved.  Go to the main receptionist desk to pick up the key to retrieve the equipment from the loaner cabinet.  The loaner equipment cabinet is located just outside of Management Services.

The loaner equipment request is a self-service process.  If you need technical assistance with setting up the equipment or need assistance with retrieving equipment please indicate so in your request.  An onsite technician will be scheduled if the reservation is made at least 24 hours in advance.  If there are any problems with loaner equipment please contact the Operational Support Center so they can make the necessary repairs prior to the next person using the equipment.  Please return the equipment to the same location after use.

If you have any questions about this process please contact the AME Support Center at 317-236-1420, option 1 or 888-453-3161.
