Adding Conference Room Calendars in Outlook

Adding calendars can clutter your Outlook making it hard to tell which calendar is yours, however sometimes it is necessary to see Room calendars to know whether a room is free when you might need it.  The following are instructions for adding a Room Calendar to your Outlook, to see if it is free or busy!

Open Outlook and click “Open Calendar” from the top middle.

In the Drop down that appears, click “From Address Book”

Start Typing the name of the Room you are interested in, or just browse through the list to find the correct one. 


Click the “Calendar ->” shown directly above to add it and click “OK”

The calendar will now show up as a secondary calendar for you under “Rooms”  if you put a check mark in the calendar you will see full details.  You can uncheck it when not using to see your full calendar again.
