AME Service Tool for creating support tickets

ScreenshotThe AME Service tool is an application that can be used to create support tickets.  To access the Service Tool click on the triangle in the lower right hand corner of your screen which will bring up applications in the system tray.  Click on the blue circle to launch the AME Service tool. Please click on the picture to the right to launch a short video on how to use to the AME service tool.
