Instructions to enroll in self-service portal

The Archdiocese has implemented a new self-service portal for unlocking accounts and resetting passwords for all archindy.org email addresses. You will be able to unlock your account without having to contact the AME support center once you have enrolled in the system.

The self-service portal offers two options for unlocking accounts or resetting passwords. The first option is verification questions such as mother’s maiden name and school you attended. A second option is to have an email sent with a link to the site to unlock the account or reset password. This service is very similar to those offered by banks, credit card companies, and other online accounts. It's very easy to use.

Enroll now by going to https://selfservice.archindy.org:9251. A link has been added on the archindy.org employee email page to connect with the self-service portal. Please contact the AME support center at extension 1420 option 1 or 888-453-3161 if you have questions.
