How to unlock account or reset password:

Option 1) Open a web browser and input archindy.org.  Click on employee email:
 


This will take you to email page.  Click on reset password:


This will take you to the self-service portal to unlock account or reset password.  Just click on option you desire.

 

Option 2: Open a web browser and enter: https://selfservice.archindy.org:9251 which takes you to the page below.  Click “unlock account” or “reset password”
