Program and Marketing Coordinator

Our Lady of Fatima Retreat House is seeking a creative, organized, and mission-driven individual to serve as our Program and Marketing Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about faith-based ministry, enjoys event planning, and has a talent for communication and outreach.

As part of a welcoming and collaborative team, you’ll help bring to life retreats and programs that foster spiritual renewal and community connection. You’ll also lead marketing efforts to share the mission of Fatima with the broader community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of retreats and spiritual programs
  • Communicate with presenters and manage event logistics
  • Design and distribute promotional materials (print, digital, radio)
  • Maintain and grow our online presence (website, Facebook, Twitter/X)
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth event operations
  • Provide on-site support during events and prepare post-event reports
  • Assist with chapel preparation and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of and commitment to the Catholic faith
  • Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in retreat facilitation and Spanish fluency are a plus
  • Associate’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Must complete Archdiocesan Child Safety Training and background check
