Coordinator of Youth Formation

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Coordinator of Youth Formation, Mission & Discipleship. This person is responsible for providing vision, support, and initiative to programs that offer the opportunity for children, youth, and family religious education and faith formation of the pastorate. This full-time position will be split between two parishes: 25% St Mary, Frankfort coordinating Youth Ministry, 25% St. Joseph, Lebanon assisting with Youth Ministry and 50% St. Joseph, Lebanon coordinating Religious Education formation. Qualified candidates must possess good knowledge of the Catholic faith, strong supervisory, administrative, organization leadership and program planning experience. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends.
