Partial reimbursement offered for those from archdiocese attending National Black Catholic Women’s Gathering on July 26-28 in Louisville

The National Black Catholic Women’s Gathering will take place this year at the Louisville Marriot East, 1903 Embassy Square Blvd., Louisville, Ky., on July 26-28.

The event is sponsored by the National Black Sisters’ Conference (NBSC), located in Washington, D.C. The theme this year is “Called, Blessed and Sent.”

The conference will offer talks, break-out sessions, panel discussions, workshops, praise and worship, and will close with a Mass celebrated by Archbishop Shelton J. Fabre of Louisville.

The cost is $250 for members and associates and $300 for non-NBSC members. The price includes a T-shirt, reception, banquet, one lunch and two breakfasts. Registration must be postmarked by June 19.
