Client Services Coordinator (Part-Time), Crisis Office / Christmas Store

Position Summary:
Catholic Charities is seeking a compassionate and organized Client Services Coordinator to provide front-line support to individuals accessing services at our Crisis Office. This role is essential in ensuring smooth client intake, service coordination, and follow-up, all within a trauma-informed, client-centered framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client intake and assess eligibility for services (food, clothing, financial assistance, referrals)
  • Provide compassionate guidance and support throughout the service process
  • Coordinate with volunteers and assist in daily operations of programs including the Christmas Store
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist with reporting
  • Uphold confidentiality and model Catholic Charities’ mission and values

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred; relevant experience considered
  • Prior experience in direct client service or case management strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competency
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; data entry experience a plus
  • Valid Indiana driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Completion of Archdiocese of Indianapolis Child Safety Training (Safe Parish)
