Our Lady of Fatima Retreat House welcomes people from various religious traditions and not-for-profit groups in addition to meeting the needs of the Catholic community.
"I have stayed in better hotels, but here I am able to relax and focus...much like a cabin in the woods is to be preferred to a suite at [a hotel]."
98% of our guests rate the food "very good" or "excellent"
Our executive chef and his staff prepare and serve all meals buffet-style. Menus are carefully chosen by the chef. If we are notified at least a week in advance of any medical dietary restrictions in your group, we will do our best to accommodate these special needs.
All meals include beverages. Lunch and dinner also include dessert.
Snacks and soft drinks are also available upon request and for an additional fee.
Nourishment plays an important part in a retreat...there are psychological benefits to breaking bread together.
Welcome to an environment away from the world that will encourage your group to relax, unwind, and gain some perspective.
In addition to meal and overnight room charges, there may be a conference room charge depending on the number of people spending the night and having meals. We also have a 15% administrative fee that is added on to all of the charges for each group.
Sleeping rooms are simple, yet comfortable.
To keep our rates affordable, we ask that our guests change their bed sheets upon departure. Please inform the members of your group that they may want to bring an alarm clock. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
Reservations may be made by emailing our Associate Director of Programs, Cheryl McSweeney or calling her at 317-545-7681 ext. 106, who will handle all arrangements for bedrooms, meeting space, set up, meals, snacks and AV equipment.
A deposit of 25% of the estimated costs will be due along with your signed contract.
We will strive to provide an environment that allows you a quiet place to "come away by yourselves and rest a while" with God. We want to provide an atmosphere that is conducive to helping your group accomplish its goals.
We welcome your comments and suggestions.
Parking is limited at the retreat house. We have a total of 60 paved parking spots. If your group is larger than 60, especially if each guest is driving a vehicle, carpooling or group transportation is highly encouraged! Thank you for your assistance with this.
The chapel is available to all guests at no extra charge, and can accommodate 128. Please schedule group prayer with Cheryl McSweeney, our Associate Director of Programs to avoid conflicts with other groups.
"I am grateful to you...for providing a home in which one may be restored in the spirit. My stay here has been instrumental in regaining Communion with God. I look forward to future visits."
"This is one of the best experiences I've ever had; so much assistance and support during this time of solitude. I will be back, for I have more to learn from the surroundings - inner and outer."
We welcome private retreats in our center as space allows:
