Our Lady of Fatima Retreat House welcomes people from various religious traditions and not-for-profit groups in addition to meeting the needs of the Catholic community.

Food and beverage
Our chef and her staff prepare and serve all meals buffet-style. Menus are carefully chosen by the chef. If we are notified at least a week in advance of any medical dietary restrictions in your group, we will do our best to accommodate these special needs.
All meals include beverages. Lunch and dinner also include dessert*.

Guestroom Information
- We have a total of 61 guest rooms with 82 beds
- 7 rooms have one twin bed
- 33 rooms have one double bed
- 21 rooms have two twin beds
- There are no telephones, televisions, or clocks
- We have a recliner and a desk in most of the rooms
- Each room has an individually-controlled thermostat
- The facility is air conditioned during the summer months
- Every two bedrooms share one bathroom
- We provide bed linens and bath towels

In addition to meal and overnight room charges, there may be a conference room charge depending on the number of people spending the night and having meals. We also have a 10% administrative fee that is added on to all of the charges for each group.
To keep our rates affordable, we ask that our guests change their bed sheets upon departure. Please inform the members of your group that they may want to bring an alarm clock and hair dryer.

Reservations
Reservations may be made by emailing our Guest Services Manager, Tim Rathz or calling him at (317)545-7681 ext. 115. He will handle all arrangements for bedrooms, meeting space, set up, meals, snacks and AV equipment.
A deposit of 25% of the estimated costs will be due along with your signed contract.
We will strive to provide an environment that allows you a quiet place to "come away by yourselves and rest a while" with God. We want to provide an atmosphere that is conducive to helping your group accomplish its goals.

Meeting space
- Main Level Conference Room has full wall of picture windows to view outdoors.
- Main Level Conference Room seats up to 120, theater style, or approximately 60-70 at tables
- Lower Level Conference Room seats up to 120, theater style, or 100 at tables and can be divided into three smaller areas
- O'Meara Room seats up to 10
- Schmidlin Conference Room seats up to 20

Parking is limited at the retreat house. We have a total of 60 paved parking spots. If your group is larger than 60, especially if each guest is driving a vehicle, carpooling or group transportation is highly encouraged! Thank you for your assistance with this.
The chapel is available to all guests at no extra charge, and can accommodate 128. Please schedule group prayer with Tim Rathz, our Guest Services Manager, to avoid conflicts with other groups.
When you rent space at Our Lady of Fatima Retreat House, you get more than just a Conference Center. What other locations charge extra for, we provide complimentary as our standard to all guests.

Private Retreats

We welcome private retreats in our center as space allows:
- Private room with semi-private bath in main facility
- Room with one twin bed or one double bed: $59 per night. Meals are an additional charge.
- You may also choose, if space is available, to join us during the daytime only, reserving a bedroom to use for the day. Contact Lisa Coons for fees and more information (contact information below).
- Meals may or may not be available depending on the number of people in the house at the time you are here; however, there is a guest refrigerator and microwave available as well as many restaurants nearby for carry-out food or for delivery.
- Spiritual direction may be available to add to your private retreat, for an additional suggested donation over and above the overnight room fee of $59.00. Please contact our Registrar at (317) 545-7681 if you are interested in adding spiritual direction. Meals are an additional charge.

As an agency of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Indianapolis, we are required to have each hosted group submit proof of liability insurance coverage prior to your stay at Fatima Retreat House.
