Self-Guided Days of Silence are from 8 am to 4 pm and offer participants the opportunity to come away to Fatima in a relaxed, calm and quiet atmosphere-an opportunity to 'unplug' from the outside world.

Step away from the noise of distractions and focus your attention on your relationship with God. Prayer, silence, and listening is at the heart of these days

As an option, and depending on availability, you may add an overnight stay to extend your retreat the night prior to or after your day of silence. Overnight stays are available during Holy Week and Advent Days of Silence. For all other opportunities to extend your retreat, please call us at (317) 545-7681 to inquire. Each overnight stay is an additional $28 per person. Dinner, when available is an additional $9


You Are Not Alone is a Ministry of Our Lady of Fatima Retreat House that offers Hope and Healing for Survivors of Suicide Loss.

Suicide has become so prevalent intoday's world, andespecially in our localfaithcommunity. It's the 2nd leading cause of death in Indiana for ages 15-34, whichimpacts so many loved ones. We are addressing the emotional, spiritual, and healing journey after suicide loss through this series of programs for losssurvivors, including a retreat. These presentations are geared towards adults, however, teens 15 years old & above may attend with a parent or guardian.

Silent Directed Retreats

Discover more deeply how God is working in your life with the help of Spiritual Direction and Silent Prayer.

What Does Silent Directed Mean?

The primary purpose of a Silent Directed Retreat is to foster an atmosphere in which retreatants may be led to a deeper personal encounter with God through silent personal prayer,discernment, and spiritual direction. Grow in awareness of the Holy Spirit working in their life in meeting with a Spiritual Director once a day. Through the use of scripture and their own story, retreatants are offered the opportunity to deepen their relationship with God.


Registration fees include all meals, accommodations, use of the common areas and grounds, celebration of Mass each day at 11:30 am, refreshments and snacks available each day, and a
daily meeting with a Spiritual Director.

In this weekend retreat, journey with Julian of Norwich and taste the transformational, healing, and redemptive power of Christ’s passion  Experience a deeper appreciation of the sensual and spiritual aspects of your soul. Dive into Julian’s parable of the Lord and Servant; her image of the hazelnut; and what she meant when she said, “sin has no substance”. Discover the joy that awaits those who love God through the eyes of Julian of Norwich.

Carolyn Berghuis, MA, CTN, ND, MS is a author of Understanding The Jesus Code, developer of The LIVE Method, inspirational Catholic speaker, and Traditional Naturopath. She has spent over 20 years helping individuals experience real transformation in their body, heart and soul. Being an "East" meets "West" type of woman, Carolyn has a unique ability to touch the human heart. Carolyn holds a BS in Mathematics, a MS in Holistic Nutrition, a doctoral degree in Naturopathy, and an MA in Theology from Saint Meinrad School of Theology where she did her thesis project on Julian of Norwich.

You Are Not Alone Retreat - A Weekend of Hope and Healing

The You Are Not Alone Retreat is led by Christine Turo-Shields, LCSW, EMDR Certified Therapist, Fr. Jim Farrell, Sr. Connie Kramer, SP & LossSurvivors Panel including Judy Proctor and Lisa Thibault,

Retreat provides a forum for faith believers and Catholics in particular to come together to grieve, share experiences, and learn how God helps them on their journey of survival after a suicide tragedy. Our Weekend Retreat hopes to offer tools to aid in grief work and survival through books, prayer, and activities.

Retreat Registration: $25/Person or $50/ Married Couple
